1. management or project experience above 3 years
2. above 3 years of relative r&d work experience in multi-national company, especially with the manufacture background is preferable
3. computer skillful enough and familiar with cad 
4. independent, team spirit and good english communications skills
5. majored in mechanical or mechatronic is a plus
1. manage r&d department to fulfill the r&d target:
? pushing and help the localization of products.
? improve the current designing fit for various requirements from customers.
? design new product to fit for asia marketing and let company be better competitive and market share rate
2. responsible for all the tasks of r&d team
3. design new product
4. improve and update the current products 
5. technical documents control
6. support for other departments
